Care After Care serves the caregivers of New Mexico and leads the focus on caregiver needs nationally.

It is founded  by a caregiver who at the end of her mission, realized there were no services and no support for caregivers.

The concept of Care After Care is to recognize and acknowledge the roles caregivers play in delivering health and personal care to an aging population, as well as the  formal and informal roles of caregivers everywhere, caring for clients, spouses, friends or family members.

The goal of CAC is to provide support, encourage self care, and provide access to opportunity.

We are a new culture, we seek to develop services and support,encourage awareness and understanding and will be active in research, development, capacity building and access.
